Everything I missed last week
Last week was pretty busy…
- Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 grounded a flight (to put it lightly) and other replacement phones have exploded. AT&T is now only swapping the Note 7 for other phones. The phone might as well be dead.
- The Verge is turning five November 1, with a redesign dropping the same day.
- Google launched a Pixel phone. It looks like an iPhone. The blue colour isn’t coming to Australia. It’s exclusive to Telstra. It’ll disappear in a Google spring-cleaning effort in a year or so.
- The Microsoft Band is dead.
- PlayStation VR is out this week.
