The app is very similar to Snapchat’s My Story feature, but video-only and instead of holding a button to shoot video you basically have to cover your smartphone screen. One of the app’s creators, Casey Neistat, says this helps you stay in the moment. It’s weird, and it’s going to have trouble competing with ephemeral titan Snapchat, but Neistat’s popular YouTube series could be just the boost the app needs to gain a cool audience.
