Vice News website gets fresh look ahead of HBO nightly bulletin launch

Vice News Tonight launches tomorrow night on HBO at 7:30PM, but the outlet is unwrapping some presents early.

The previously awful Vice News website has today been replaced with a white, clean, minimalistic new style. It places a much bigger emphasis on graphics and photography, as well as major improvements to the overall reading and commercial experience of the site. There’s also a lot of animation, through GIFs and HTML5 video, though it is still just another news site. For Vice that should serve as a compliment.
