Apple just sent out the invites to their September launch event in San Francisco.
For Australia that time difference means you’ll need to wake up at:
Thursday September 8, 3AM Sydney Time.
to watch the keynote streaming on Apple’s website.
In terms of the event invite itself, Apple may be hinting at new iPhone camera features. It’s pretty interesting to see a DSLR-like bokeh effect, for example, in the invite. That could also just be an callback to iOS’ layers of blur, but sometimes Apple invites are a lot more literal. Who knows, it could just be a software camera effect.
What we also are should see is a new iPhone with no headphone jack. Yep.
